We are pleased to follow the free exchange/return policy within Turkey. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with a product, they can return the product within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
Here are the steps you need to follow to request a Return:
Go to “My Account”.
Press Refund
Click on “Submit a Refund Request” and select the products you wish to return
Write the reason for the return, address and contact number, then click “Submit”
Once we receive your product and confirm its condition, the money will be returned to your credit card within 10 working days.
Terms and conditions for return/exchange:
The product must be returned within 2 days from the date you received the order.
Rights to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason to do so if the product has not yet been shipped to you.
